I just had their Peanut Butter Cup & Banana and Brownie Delight Sundae and it was very good. The brownie sundae is made with chocolate ice cream. I didn't know they have 2 flavors (vanilla & chocolate). The sundae seems a bit pricy for me but I would still eat here once in awhile. They also have military discount which I didn't know about.

I can't say I'm a fan of the burgers here, they're a little over seasoned and somehow bland at the same time. But the fries and custard shakes are to die for! They also make great frozen custard birthday cakes.

Food is 4 star but service is 2 star. I love the concrete custards and the burgers & fries, but the drive thru takes forever! I've worked in fast food, so I try to give the benefit of the doubt, but the wait time is entirely too long.

Why I won't go back to Freddy's Frozen Custard. My kids were given a coupon for Free 1 topping sundae in large bold print. What you don't see is the small print that says with a purchase of a combo. So I order two kids combos, one regular combo, and was told after ordering it had to be all regular combos. So I order three regular combos. Then I start ordering the "free" mini sundaes. First sundae doesn't qualify, neither did our second choice, third round of choices though did. But when we got them both my kids had asked for chocolate and got vanilla. I asked for it to be corrected and it was, but we had to hear the lady defend herself to who I believe was the manager two times saying it wasn't her fault she didn't take the order (even though she was standing there watching, listening, and did take my money.) Finally while leaving the lady that did punch in the sundaes replied in an overly loud voice "guess you changed your minds again?" Not wanting to make a scene I walked out with my kids. So we drive home, eat our food, and the third sundae that was supposed to be a turtle sundae, turns out to be just vanilla with chocolate topping. I will be returning to ask if it can be corrected and will update this if I can. All in all, what was supposed to be a nice Friday treat for my kids turned into a $25 hassle that wasn't worth it at all. Next time I'll drive a shorter distance to Braums. ###### After returning to Freddy's and repeating the mishap three times, the store manager apologized and gave a $10 credit on next visit. *That should be enough for about one meal*

I was hungry and wanted something to eat not much for fast food but I like this place for quick Burger or hotdog. not like McDonald's or Wendy's it taste like steak burgers. They have all your fixings to choose from different sauces and frozen custards. The pickles for the burgers are like sandwich pickles that taste good. So if you're short on time and Can't sit to eat come here.

Had a pleasant experience with the lunchtime cashier, she was fun and made light of the computer glitch that took a while to charge my card. The California Burger was what I expected it to be and tasted the same as in Texas. Shoestring Fries seems to set them apart although they aren't anything exclusive. Their special dipping sauce is a nice twist along with the option to sprinkle their version of "season salt" ....and Cholula. They were low on the Cholula and the problem was remedied, also had an additional bottle hand-delivered by the same cashier. Will come back when in OKC.

I was in the neighborhood and needed a bite for lunch so I got in the drive thru. The order taker seemed nice enough but I had to repeat myself 3 times as it sounded like she was having another conversation on the side. Finally got the order in and got to sit for 10 minutes while the 2 cars in front of me were processed. At least the food is a little better than McDonalds...

The first time I had eaten at Freddy's was in San Antonio just over a month ago. I thought it was very good and I was impressed. So my business takes me to OKC and I noticed they have a Freddy's. I was excited to have the same experience I had in San Antonio, but the minute I walked in I knew that wouldn't be the case. Compared to the restaurant in San Antonio, this place looked really dirty. The area behind the counter was in disarray. I thought maybe because it was 1.5 hours prior to closing, but I believe it still should be presentable. I waited for about 5 minutes before somebody took my order. The manager (I'm assuming) was doing something else behind the counter and the other employee was on the grill. Then I noticed a third employee was sitting down in the dining area, assuming she was on break. I was the only person there ordering and the restaurant was empty so I'm not quite sure why I was waiting for that long. Finally the manager took my order and I had ordered the triple California combo. In San Antonio, I ordered the double California so I knew what to expect. When I received it, it looked appetizing. When I sat down and grabbed the burger, I noticed it dripping in grease. I watched as my burger slowly dripped greased and it start to form a puddle in my basket. I don't recall it being this way in San Antonio. Then my bun was falling apart and I ultimately had to finish it with a fork and knife. The fries, which is one of my favorite things at Freddy's seemed to have been sitting rather than being fresh. Counting myself, there were only three other customers in there so I believe the fries were cooked when they ordered and mine were just leftovers from there's; so not sure how long they were sitting. I wasn't impressed with this Freddy's. Since this was only my second time, it's hard to form an opinion since my initial experience was a good one. I won't visit this one again. The only recommendation I would give is to not go 1.5 hours before closing because you may not get the quality food.

I had a custard, it was a small one. This place has the 50s diner vibe but the employees are scary. The kitchen was a mess, sweep the floor already! The custard was pretty good, not too sweet.

Unimpressive. Wife had the frozen custard topped with plain cashews (she was expecting maybe a cashew crunch) and she said it was no more than regular ice cream. My cheeseburger was highly disappointing, dressed only with pickles. And the meat tasted weird, more like salmon. Nah, won't go back.

OMG!!! The PBC&B (Peanut Butter Cup & Banana) Sundae is sooooo goooood!! My husband likes the concrete which is blended but I love the sundae! Good thing it's not right by my house or I'd really be in trouble.
